Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of consumable hemp-derived products, all sales are generally considered final.
If you receive:
- an incorrect product,
- a damaged shipment, or
- a materially defective item,
please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide your order number and supporting photographs.
Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund at the sole discretion of Tri-Leaf Botanicals.
Products that have been opened, used, altered, or improperly stored are generally not eligible for return.
